Nina believes in utilizing ancient methods for enhanced health, advocating for physical and mental wellness through massage therapy. She earned her BSc in Nursing in Thailand and furthered her education in Canada by completing the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Makami College, 3,000 hours of practical experience.

Nina specializes in blending Eastern and Western philosophies into her unique massage technique, using varying pressure from light to strong based on her clients’ needs. She enjoys applying her knowledge of human anatomy to create personalized treatments while promoting exercises for long-term healing.

Gavin represents a new generation that values self-care and embraces traditional, natural, drug-free remedies for relaxation and healing. Passionate about holistic wellness, he focuses on addressing the root causes of muscular dysfunction—rather than just surface symptoms—through effective trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.

​ With a background in massage therapy and current studies as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) student, Gavin brings a strong understanding of neuromuscular anatomy to his work. He applies this knowledge to help restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical performance. ​

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, sports-related tension, repetitive strain, or stress-related discomfort, Gavin approaches each session with precision and care. His clients affectionately refer to him as the “Trigger Point Slayer” for his firm, focused, and results-driven techniques. ​
